Employees are responsible for following procedures, working safely, and wherever possible improving safety measures. Safe teamwork among all workers on the job site is essential.
Safety Training
Mill Creek Sand & Gravel provides safety training to all employees internally. The training courses are held by our own experienced personnel, or externally when necessary. Attendance and participation at safety meetings are required. Additionally, all worksites must be assessed for potential hazards before any work begins, and an emergency response plan put in place.
